Dr. Ginny Shrivastava
Dr. Ginny Shrivastava, a Programme Coordinator in Astha Sansthan with responsibilities for BARC, played a key role in establishing the Centre in 2002. She has been working on various issues related to women, tribals and other oppressed sections of society in Rajasthan since 1970. She completed her Masters in Adult Education from the University of Toronto, Canada in 1970.
Dr. Nesar Ahmad
Nesar Ahmad joined BARC as Coordinator in June 2009. He holds Ph.D. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi on a topic related to “Women and Technology in the Mining Sector’’. He has done MSW from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, New Delhi and has experience of working with various NGOs in India.
Mr. Mahendra Singh Rao
Senior Budget Analyst
Mahendra Singh Rao is associated as a Budget Analyst since April 2009. He did his M.A and M.Phil. in Economics and pursuing Ph.D. (Economics) from the Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (Raj.). His areas of interest are public finance and policies, political economy, governance, child rights and education, population migration and livelihood, agriculture and food security.
Mr. Sakeel Khan
Mr. Sakeel Khan is associated with BARC as Advocacy Officer. He has completed his B.A. in History, Political Science and English Literature from University Of Rajasthan and is pursuing MSW from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota. His areas of interests are budget and policy analysis, child and women rights, gender and democratic governance.
Mr. Ankush Verma
Ankush Verma joined BARC in August 2011 as Office Executive. He is currently pursuing B.Com from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He maintains documents and handles accounts and administration related work.

Mr. Bhim Singh joined BARC in October 2013 as Office Executive. He is B.A from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
